Do more when managing your PA operations
Production accountants are responsible for consolidating, managing, and reporting financial and production data for oil and gas companies. These companies rely on the information provided to make important business decisions and drive future growth. Entero has provided PA’s with a system that enables them to perform all of the activities listed above and more. With over 18 years experience in energy software development, Entero works with our clients to ensure the system meets their operational requirements.
Entero® ONE™ (E1) is a complete production and revenue accounting system designed for the oil and gas industry. It is one system that allows your team to share the operational, accounting, and reporting information required to run your business. E1 enables you to build your infrastructure once, and then utilize it for monthly and/or daily allocations, mid-streaming fee invoicing and accounting, revenue accounting, production accounting or any combination of the above. In addition, our unique Workflow control panel allows you to control and monitor the progress and results of your properties.
Why use Entero ONE for production accounting?
- Workflow driven
E1 provides a workflow tool that is customizable by property to run your operations. Translate your desk manuals into an online tool that documents your process, shows adherence to processes, and even allows you to assign tasks for individuals to complete.
- LiveLook™ Schematic
A real-time graphical view of your physical infrastructure is fully integrated into the system. You simply input your locations, products and flows, and E1 compiles this in a tabular and a visual representation of your operations. You can click on any “location”, and receive comprehensive information on all your components, owners, and associated flows. This graphical display is the fastest way to validate infrastructure setup and train new staff.
- Online Positions View for every location
E1 tracks every flow and provides online visibility of detailed well/ownership splits at every location in the infrastructure. You can audit, report, and troubleshoot down to the detailed level, if necessary, for audits or advanced reporting requirements.
- Allocations
You can complete daily and/or monthly allocations on the same infrastructure or allocate by specific areas (or the entire property). E1 also includes complex prioritized deeming by source, owner, component, and many other dimensions.
- Facility balancing
Users can see an online representation of the components, ownership, and source at any location (no need to run reports). View the high level to see the opening balance, receipts in, disbursements out, “outages”, and closing balance. Then, customize your view to provide the details required to analyze and troubleshoot what is happening at each location. Users have online visibility of detailed well/ownership splits at every location in the infrastructure.
- Mid-streaming
E1 can model any type of rate, fee, tariff, or price on any flow. You can attach any “price” to any flow for any owner and/or location. Invoices are fully automated and ready to be generated once fees and volumes are input. Accounting information is also available in real-time.
- Configurable royalty engine
The E1 royalty engine is not hard coded, which makes it easy to update when changes are required. Royalties include: Crown, Freehold, GORR, TIK, and Indian. E1 provides a royalty view, which shows all locations containing that royalty, or a location view, displaying all royalties associated with that location.
- Amendment
E1 allows you to open as many amendments as you need, when you need them. Users can automate roll forward of fixed data, and create and keep all amendment reports.
- Entero’s reporting wizard
Create your own simple or complex reports using our embedded reporting tool. Report access can be granted for every user and/or secured users only.
- Security
User security is customizable to the standards of your business. Security is also fully integrated into our workflow to enforce appropriate separation of duties.
